The Tome upgrades from the 5 minute boss is too much of a downgrade if you don't have the right build for it. I've removed some of the downsides of Tome of Rage and Tome of Power to be less detrimental for most builds. Also big buff for Flame Cannon since it starts way weaker than the other guns after I nerfed burn damage last patch.

CHANGES

- Tome of Power: (New) +66% Bullet Damage, +100% Projectile Size, +1 Piercing, -1 Max HP.

- Tome of Rage: (New) +100% Fire Rate, +99 Max Ammo, -66% Bullet Damage, -95% Knockback.

- Flame Cannon: base fire rate doubled.
